As a condition of my membership to the BECO Fitness facility at Innovation Park, a property managed by BECO South LLC (“BECO”), I agree to pay, beginning on the date of my acceptance of this Agreement, annual membership dues in the amount of $120 (unless my employer’s lease with BECO provides otherwise) (as such dues may be increased in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the “Membership Dues”), which payment shall be made online by credit card, or as otherwise agreed to by BECO in writing.  I hereby give BECO written permission to automatically charge my credit card on the date hereof and on an annual basis thereafter for the Membership Dues (including any increases thereto), and any other amounts I owe BECO under the Waiver of Liability and Membership Agreement agreed to concurrently with this Agreement, unless my membership is terminated or I instruct BECO otherwise in writing.  I further acknowledge that: (i) the Membership Dues are non-refundable and shall not be pro-rated for a partial month (even if an application is canceled or if my membership is terminated); (ii) BECO reserves the right to require the payment of an initiation fee in the event that my membership has been terminated, and then I desire to re-activate my membership; (iii) the amount of Membership Dues is subject to change prospectively from time to time, in BECO’s sole discretion, upon notice from BECO (which notice may be given by flyer, posting or any other method determined by BECO, in its sole discretion); (iv) in order for my membership to remain active, I must remain current in payment of Membership Dues, and I cannot prepay for more than one year of membership (unless otherwise agreed to by BECO in writing); and (v) failure to pay timely Membership Dues may result in an immediate loss of membership, without notice or opportunity to cure, as determined by BECO in its sole discretion.

BECO Fitness Membership Dues are non-refundable and shall not be pro-rated, even if an application is canceled or if a membership is terminated.
